    Pour olive oil and balsamic vinegar onto a plate and drizzle with additional olive oil to create the base sauce.

    Generously season the steak on both sides with salt.

    Place the steak on a hot grill and cook, flipping once, until the exterior is charred and the interior reaches your desired doneness.

    For medium-rare, aim for an internal temperature of around 130°F (54°C).
