Method

  1. Step 1Preheat the oven

    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Step 2Prepare the sweet potatoes

    Cut the sweet potatoes in half lengthwise. Drizzle the cut sides with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

    Place the sweet potatoes face down on a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes. Let them rest for 5 minutes after removing from the oven, then drizzle with white truffle oil.

  4. Step 4Season the steak

    Season the steak on both sides with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of avocado oil.

    Cook the steak on the Blackstone grill (or a hot skillet) for about 4 minutes per side for medium doneness.

    Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

    Mix together fresh parsley, olive oil, garlic paste, red wine vinegar, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.

  8. Step 8Cook the broccoli

    Cook the broccoli on the Blackstone grill (or in a hot skillet) until crispy and charred. Season with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and onion butter seasoning.

  9. Step 9Slice and serve

    Slice the rested steak against the grain. Spoon the chimichurri over the sliced steak and serve alongside the roasted sweet potatoes and crispy broccoli.
