Greek-style lemon chicken with crispy skin and lemon potatoes
Steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Place the potatoes in a baking dish.

In a bowl, mix together: lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, thyme, oregano, salt, pepper and garlic.

Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil. Bake at 200°C for 1-1.5 hours.

Carefully remove the foil. If there is extra liquid, leave it – it will reduce naturally. Gently toss the potatoes in the juices. Keep the chicken skin side up.
