Cheesy Garlic Confit Bread

    Mix garlic confit with softened butter, chili flakes, a pinch of salt, black pepper, and parsley until fully combined.

    Slice sourdough loaf in half lengthwise and spread the garlic butter all over both halves. Top with Parmesan first, then finish with mozzarella.

    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 10–12 minutes until the cheese is melted, then broil for 1–2 minutes for golden spots. Watch closely.
