Crispy fried flautas filled with crab rangoon filling and served with sweet chili sauce

In a bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, soy sauce, butter, and chopped green onion. Mix until well combined.

Heat the flour tortillas on a dry pan or in the microwave until pliable.
This makes them easier to roll without cracking.

Place a portion of the crab rangoon filling on each tortilla and roll tightly into a flauta shape.
Secure with a toothpick if needed to prevent unrolling during frying.

In a deep pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Fry the rolled flautas in batches until golden brown and crispy on all sides, about 3-4 minutes per batch.
Don't overcrowd the pan — fry in batches for even browning.

Remove flautas and drain on a wire rack. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onion.
