Bacon-wrapped potatoes

Method

   Step 1Wrap potatoes with bacon

   Wrap each baby potato with a strip of bacon, pressing gently to secure. Use a glass to hold the bacon in place while wrapping if needed.

   Note

   If bacon strips are too long, cut them in half. The glass helps keep the bacon taut and even as you wrap.

   Step 2Bake until crispy30 min

   Arrange the bacon-wrapped potatoes on a baking sheet and bake until the bacon is crispy and the potatoes are tender.

   Note

   You can flip them halfway through for even crisping, or use a wire rack on the baking sheet to let fat drip away.

   Step 3Serve with dip

   Transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with a creamy dip on the side.

   Note

   A sour cream or ranch dip works beautifully here.
