Season chicken thighs lightly with salt and pepper, then coat lightly in corn starch to give it a crisp.

Sear chicken in oil of choice until golden on all sides.

Combine 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1.5 tbsp honey, and 4 cloves of freshly minced garlic in a pan. Heat the sauce and once thickened, add back in your chicken and toss to coat.

Cook noodles according to package directions. Heat broth and blanch bok choy in it until tender.
