Kefir Flatbread Chicken Wrap
Easy four-ingredient flatbread with grilled chicken and tzatziki
Steps
- 1Mix the flatbread dough
In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and kefir. Mix well and keep adding flour until the dough is firm and rollable, not sticky.
The dough should be firm enough to roll out but not too dry.

Roll the dough into thin flatbreads. Heat olive oil in a pan over high heat and fry the flatbreads on both sides until golden and cooked through. Set aside to cool.
Make sure the pan is nice and hot before adding the flatbreads.

Grate the cucumber and squeeze out all the juice. Mix with minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper, kefir, chopped fresh dill, and a little olive oil. Set aside.
Removing the cucumber juice prevents the tzatziki from being watery.

Dice the red onion, tomato, and cucumber fairly fine. Chop the lettuce.

Grill the chicken thighs until cooked through and nicely charred.

On each flatbread, layer grilled chicken, diced vegetables, lettuce, tzatziki, and top with farmer cheese. Fold or roll into a wrap.
Don't overfill to make it easier to wrap.
