One Pot Shrimp Pasta

A quick and easy creamy shrimp pasta made in one pot

Steps

  1. 1Sauté garlic and shrimp

    Heat olive oil and butter in a large pot or deep pan. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink on both sides. Remove shrimp and set aside.

    In the same pot, add the spaghetti and pour in enough water or stock to cover the pasta. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is nearly al dente and most of the liquid has been absorbed.

  3. 3Add cream and cheese

    Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream and grated parmesan cheese. Mix until the sauce is creamy and well combined.

    Add the cooked shrimp back to the pot and toss everything together. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
