Steps

  1. 1Mix the batter

    Mix cottage cheese, egg, flour, salt, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

    Roll small balls from the cottage cheese batter, coat in flour, and flatten slightly.

    Heat a skillet with oil and fry the syrniki on both sides until golden brown and cooked through.

    Serve syrniki with Greek yogurt and your favorite jam.

    You can use any jam that you prefer.
