Molten Chocolate Fondant

Quick and easy chocolate fondant with a gooey molten center

Steps

  1. 1Melt chocolate and butter

    Melt the dark chocolate and butter together until smooth.

  2. 2Mix the batter

    Add eggs, sugar, and flour to the melted chocolate mixture and mix until combined.

  3. 3Bake the fondants

    Pour the batter into greased ramekins and bake until the edges are set but the center remains gooey.

    The center should still be molten when you break into it

  4. 4Dust and serve

    Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately while still warm.
