  1. 1Prepare the meat

    Rinse the meat thoroughly and pat dry. Trim all the sinew and connective tissue. You should be left with clean red meat. Slice it into strips 0.5-1cm thick. It doesn't matter whether you cut along or against the grain.

    In a deep bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients: pineapple juice, coconut aminos, lemon juice, paprika, salt, black pepper, ground ginger, dried ground onion, dried garlic, ground chili pepper.

    Place the meat in the marinade and let it marinate for 8 hours.
